As the dust collector is a key equipment in the dust removal system, its working condition directly affects the success or failure of the entire system. Therefore, every aspect of the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operation of the dust collector in the coal washing plant needs to be carefully arranged.

Performance characteristics of vibrating screen dust collector in coal washing plant:

1. Adopting line by line spraying technology, the cleaning intensity is high, the cleaning effect is good, the unit area processing air volume is large, the system resistance is small, and the dust removal efficiency is high;

2. It can directly process dusty gases with a dust concentration of up to 1300g/Nm3, and after treatment, the emission concentration of the gas is less than 50g/Nm3. It can also meet stricter emission requirements according to users' special requirements;

The vibrating screen dust collector in the coal washing plant adopts a low resistance QMF-20P pulse valve, which extends the service life of the dust collector's control system and filter bags by more than twice compared to the MC-I type, reducing maintenance workload. The pressure of compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm2 to the current 3 kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still achieve the effect of 5-7 kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the scope of use.

Improvements have been made to the structure of the vibrating screen dust collector in the coal washing plant, enhancing the tightness of the equipment and reducing air leakage to less than 10%, further improving product quality. We have reformed the cover removal device and the method of fixing the dust collector bag, which has improved the working conditions for equipment maintenance and upkeep. The spraying device has added a protective cover, and the cover plate structure adopts rainproof measures, so that the dust collector in the coal washing plant does not need to be equipped with a separate rain shelter when placed outdoors, reducing construction investment. The original agitator for dust cleaning has been removed, and a YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combination air damper has been installed.
